  • Payment order ID, amount, status, product/SKU reference and payment method category received from the payment gateway. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking passwords.
  • Basic website analytics such as pages visited, browser/device category and general interaction data through analytics technologies.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to enquiries, provide quotations, process orders, schedule service and offer support.
  • To create and verify Cashfree/Razorpay payment orders, deliver eligible digital products, issue invoices and maintain accounting records.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the website, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
  • To improve products, services and website experience. Promotional communication is sent only where permitted, and customers may ask us to stop.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments and/or Razorpay hosted checkout. Payment details entered on the gateway checkout are governed by the respective provider’s security and privacy practices. Jai Computers receives limited transaction information required to verify and fulfil the order, including digital PDF delivery where applicable.
