1. Business Information

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

• Product images, specifications and indicative prices are informational and may change with brand, model, stock, supplier and market conditions.
• A sale is final only after availability and final price are confirmed by Jai Computers and payment is successfully verified.
• Applicable taxes, delivery, installation, consumables, wiring or additional work may be charged as stated in the quotation or invoice.

3. Repair and Technical Services

• Initial estimates may change after physical diagnosis, opening the device or identifying additional faults. Work exceeding the approved scope requires customer confirmation.
• Customers should back up important data before repair. Although reasonable care is taken, Jai Computers is not responsible for pre-existing data loss, storage failure, malware damage or passwords unavailable to the customer.
• Unlicensed, pirated or unlawful software will not be supplied or installed. Valid licences remain the customer’s responsibility unless included in writing.
• Replaced parts may be returned on request where practical, except exchange/warranty parts that must be submitted to a supplier or manufacturer.

4. CCTV, Networking and On-site Work

Installation estimates depend on site inspection, camera count, wiring distance, storage, civil work, internet availability and access conditions. The customer is responsible for lawful camera placement, permissions and privacy compliance at the installation site.

5. Payments

• Online payments are processed through Cashfree and/or Razorpay hosted checkout. A payment is accepted only when the selected gateway’s server-side order status reports successful/paid.
• Do not pay an unconfirmed amount. Mention the invoice, quotation, job or service reference while paying.
• Jai Computers never asks for OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password.

6. Digital Products and eBooks

• PDF eBooks, guides, templates and digital learning products are educational resources delivered online after successful payment verification.
• Digital products do not guarantee sales, income, ad approval, search ranking or business results. Results depend on implementation, product, market, offer, budget and platform rules.
• Copying, reselling, publicly uploading or redistributing paid PDF files is not allowed without written permission from Jai Computers.

7. Warranty

New branded products and parts carry the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty decisions, exclusions and service timelines are governed by that manufacturer or supplier. Physical damage, liquid damage, voltage damage, misuse, unauthorised repair and consumables are generally excluded unless specifically covered.

8. Cancellation, Refund and Delivery

Cancellation, return, refund and delivery rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Website Use and Liability

Website tools, guides and price ranges provide general guidance and are not a binding technical diagnosis or quotation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction over Jodhpur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law. We may update these terms; the effective date displayed above identifies the current version.
